Buying
Gold, silver and stones
Buy metal by weight and price per gram, and stones by shape, size and count, with reorder levels.

GoldERP 26 — by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions
GoldERP runs a jewellery workshop end to end. Buy gold, silver and stones from suppliers, issue them to workers, receive finished pieces back with table and polishing losses recorded, and sell metal or finished jewellery with each payment split across cash, cheque and credit. It tracks every gram and stone by supplier, worker and customer, follows unpaid cheques and outstanding credit, and prints invoices in French, Arabic or English.
Metal issued to each worker, finished weight returned, and table and polishing losses tracked separately.
Each sale splits into cash, cheque with its number and due date, and credit — settled later, tracked automatically.
Invoices, receipts and statements print in French, Arabic or English, chosen per customer.
Automated tests with 759 assertions, all passing on the current build.
What it is
Generic ERPs think in units. A jewellery workshop thinks in grams, carats, workers and losses. GoldERP, built by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions, follows the real flow: metal and stones come in from suppliers, go out to workers against a recipe, come back as finished pieces with the losses accounted for, and leave as sales paid in cash, by post-dated cheque or on credit.
Version 26 is a full rebuild on Laravel 13 and Filament of a workshop system in daily use since 2020, ported workflow by workflow and checked against the old system's balances. Live gold and silver prices per gram, in US dollars and Moroccan dirhams, sit on the home screen.
What is inside
Each module is a screen in the current build.
Buying
Buy metal by weight and price per gram, and stones by shape, size and count, with reorder levels.
Production
Each product has a recipe of gold weight and stones. Assigning a batch to a worker works out exactly what to issue.
Workers
Record metal and stones given to each worker, the finished weight coming back, returned material, losses and labour paid.
Losses
Losses are tracked per worker as their own materials, and recovered residue goes back into stock.
Sales
Sell gold, silver or finished pieces. Type the weight, the total follows from the price per gram, and payment splits into cash, cheque and credit.
Money owed
Unpaid cheques and credit balances per customer, with cheque clearing and credit settlement, and payouts to workers.
Documents
Invoices and receipts print a customer copy and an archive copy on one sheet, plus customer statements.
Reports
Store stock, stones against reorder levels, cheques due, credit ageing and a cash-basis profit and loss with its method explained.
Control
Administrator and Operator roles, a history page for every transaction type, an activity log and nightly backups.

The till
The home screen shows live gold and silver prices per gram in dollars and dirhams, and a customer search to start a sale straight away.
The workshop
The question every workshop owner asks — how much gold is with each worker right now? — has an answer on screen.

Delivery
Your shop's data first, then training on your own transactions.
How your workshop buys, produces and sells, and how your customers pay.
Products with their recipes, stones by shape and size, and your suppliers, workers and customers.
If you use the old GOLD ERP 3, an importer brings its data across and a parity check compares the balances.
A build licensed to your domain, on your server or ours.
A session on your own purchases, batches and sales.
Backups every night and help when you need it.
