Managed web hosting

Managed web hosting that someone operates

Managed web hosting for business sites and systems: a right-sized server, SSL, off-site backups, monitoring and security updates, run by the team that builds your platform. You get one accountable contact instead of a control panel and good luck.

SCROLL

Someone accountable

One team builds, hosts and supports your platform, so there is one contact to call.

Backups that restore

Copies are kept off-site, and a restore is tested on a schedule, not assumed.

Monitored and patched

Uptime, disk and certificate expiry are watched, and security updates follow a schedule.

What "managed" means

Hosting someone operates

Hardened from the first boot

A minimal install, a firewall, SSL, key-based access and automatic security updates. The unglamorous work that prevents incidents.

Backups that actually restore

Daily, versioned and kept off-site. Recovery means a verified restore, not a file that might work.

Monitored and alerted

Uptime, response time, disk and SSL expiry are watched continuously, not checked after something breaks.

Hosting with someone responsible for it.

Unmanaged hosting gives you a server and a control panel. Managed web hosting gives you a server that someone keeps secure, fast, backed up and running, so you can focus on the business.

The difference

A server that runs, not just a server that exists

Shared hosting is a pool of resources you rent. It is cheap until a noisy neighbour slows your site. A self-managed VPS is a blank Linux install and a tutorial. Managed web hosting sits between them: a server sized to your workload and run by people who answer for it.

We provision the server, install SSL, set up backups and monitoring, and apply security updates. You never need a control panel unless you want one.

Costs follow the model on our managed cloud hosting page: infrastructure at cost, plus one flat monthly management fee. There are no per-seat charges. Current plans are in your client account, and anything custom is quoted after a short call.

What is included

Every managed hosting setup covers

Server provisioning

A clean Linux server sized for your workload: web, API, database, mail or queue.

SSL and TLS

Certificates installed and renewed automatically, with HTTPS enforced from day one.

Backups

Versioned copies kept off-site. A restore is tested before the service counts as live.

Security hardening

Firewall, key-only SSH and automatic security updates: the baseline that stops most incidents.

Monitoring and alerts

Uptime, response time, disk and SSL expiry watched, with alerts that reach a person.

CDN and performance

Static files cached at the edge, so repeat visits load faster from a nearby location.

Services

Hosting setups

Matched to your workload, not to a pricing tier.

Website and CMS hosting

WordPress, Next.js, Laravel or static sites on a right-sized server with CDN, SSL and backups.

Application hosting

Docker containers or system services with health checks and clean restarts.

API and backend hosting

An isolated API server with rate limiting, access logs and SSL termination.

White-label hosting

Client sites hosted and managed for agencies, billed through you.

Backups

A restore you have actually tested

Daily backups mean little without a tested restore. We keep copies off-site and restore onto a separate server on a schedule, then log the result. You see what recovery looks like before you need it.

  • Daily backups kept off-site
  • Restore tests on a separate server, logged
  • Database-aware backups for applications

Performance

Faster pages from the edge

A CDN serves images, scripts and styles from a location near each visitor. Repeat visits skip your server for files that have not changed. That keeps load times steady when traffic spikes.

  • Edge caching for static files
  • Cache rules tuned to your site
  • Your origin server shielded from repeat requests

Process

From your current host to an operated server

The onboarding path for managed web hosting, step by step.

01

Audit

We review your current hosting, traffic, application stack and backup situation.

02

Provision

A right-sized server is built, hardened and given SSL and monitoring.

03

Migrate

Files, databases and DNS move in a quiet window, rehearsed on a staging copy first.

04

Harden

Firewall rules, key-only SSH, automatic updates and the backup agent go in.

05

Operate

Monitoring is live and backups are scheduled. You use the site and we keep it running.

FAQ

Managed web hosting questions, answered.

What businesses ask before moving their hosting.

1

What does managed web hosting include?

A server sized to your site or application, SSL, daily off-site backups, monitoring, security hardening, updates and support. You do not need a control panel unless you want one.

2

Where are the servers located?

We pick the region with you, based on where your visitors are and which data rules apply to you. We are not tied to one provider, so you are not locked into one vendor.

3

Can you migrate my existing site with little downtime?

Yes. We rehearse the migration on a staging copy, plan the DNS switch for a quiet period and prepare a rollback path. We state the expected downtime before we start.

4

How are backups tested?

We restore from the backup onto a separate server on a schedule and check that the data is complete. The result is logged and shared with you. A backup nobody has restored is only a hope.

5

How much does managed web hosting cost?

You pay infrastructure at cost plus a flat monthly management fee scoped to your setup. Plans are in your client account, and we quote anything custom after a short call.

Next step

Hosting with someone accountable for it.

Book a short call. We review your current setup, propose a server and a migration plan, then quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days.
