Trading and distribution
Stock, purchasing, suppliers and margins tracked as they happen, not discovered at month-end.
ERP
Custom ERP development for small and mid-size businesses: finance, stock, purchasing, sales and reporting in one system you own. We design, build, host and support it remotely from Casablanca, one module at a time, so the business keeps running.
The short version
Most growing businesses run on a patchwork: a spreadsheet for stock, one tool for invoices, another for the books. The same sale gets typed three times, and nobody fully trusts the numbers at month-end. A custom ERP system replaces the patchwork with one set of figures.
We build it module by module. Invoicing usually goes live first, then stock and purchasing, then finance and reporting. Each module runs on your real data before the next one starts.
As an ERP development company we skip the layers of account management, so decisions stay close to the code. The stack is chosen so your next developer can read it: typically Laravel and MySQL on the back end, with a Vue or Next.js front end. On a custom build the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough are yours at handover.

Who it is for
Stock, purchasing, suppliers and margins tracked as they happen, not discovered at month-end.
Projects, invoicing and treasury in one flow, from quote to delivered to paid.
Several companies or branches, each with its own books, one consolidated view and role-based access.
Why it works
Most ERP projects fail on scope and adoption. We agree a small first scope, ship it, and let the system grow with the business.
What it covers
An ERP is only useful when its parts agree with each other. In a custom ERP development project, every module writes to the same ledger and reads the same customer, supplier and product records.
Sales, purchasing, stock, finance, projects and reporting are the usual core. Payroll, a point of sale, manufacturing and subscriptions are common additions. Our own RIVER ERP ships 23 modules in a single install, which shows how far one connected system can go.
Modules
Sales, purchasing, stock, finance, projects and reporting read and write the same records. A confirmed quote becomes an order, the order becomes an invoice, and a payment closes it. The ledger updates itself at every step.
Rollout
We import one module's data, check it with you, and train your team on it before go-live. Then the next module starts.
Handover
Every quote lists these items line by line, with a timeline and a payment schedule.
ERP implementation services
A staged plan that keeps the business operating throughout.
We map your documents, flows, roles and tools, then agree what goes live first and what waits. The itemised quote lists each module with its cost.
Each module is built in short cycles, with working software to review at every step. Clients, products and balances are imported and checked.
Your team works on real data before each module goes live.
Hosted, monitored and backed up by us, or handed to your own team.
ERP products
If one of these fits your business, you do not need a custom build. If none does, we build from scratch. ERPStore and GoldERP are made for subscription resellers and jewellery workshops, not as general-purpose ERPs.
Compare
Ready-made means one of ours: RIVER ERP or Business ERP. SaaS means a vendor's cloud ERP, usually charged per user.
| What matters | Custom build | Ready-made platform | SaaS ERP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits unusual processes | Built around them | Configured within the platform | Configured within the vendor's limits |
| Who holds the code | You, at handover | Licensed to your domain, or open source | The vendor |
| Per-seat fees | None from us | None | Usually yes |
| First module live | Agreed in the quote | Business ERP: days | Depends on the vendor |
| Best when | Your process is your edge | A proven package fits | You want no server to run |
Around the ERP
An ERP works best when the systems around it talk to it.
Custom CRM development: won deals flow straight into quotes, invoices and stock, and customer history stays in one place.
Business process automation: approvals, documents and reports flow without manual entry, with retries and logs so nothing fails silently.
ERP software for small business: a plain guide to what a small business needs from ERP, and what can wait.
How we price: a short discovery call, then an itemised quote with a timeline and a payment schedule.

FAQ
What owners and finance teams ask before they start.
Custom ERP projects start at $10,000. They are scoped up front with a fixed price and milestones. The quote is itemised by deliverable, with a timeline and a payment schedule. We scope it, quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days. Once you accept it, the number does not drift. The pricing page lists the packages.
Scope decides. Invoicing usually goes first, within weeks rather than quarters, then stock, purchasing and finance. Business ERP, our ready-made option, can be working within days.
Choose a ready-made platform when a proven package fits your processes: Business ERP on Dolibarr, or RIVER ERP, our own platform. Choose a custom build when your process is your edge and no package fits. SaaS needs the least setup, but it usually charges per user and keeps your data in the vendor's cloud.
Yes. We import spreadsheets, old-system exports and records one module at a time. Every row is checked with you, duplicates are flagged and references are mapped before the module goes live.
On a custom build you receive the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough at handover, and your data sits in your own database. RIVER ERP is licensed to your domain with no per-seat fees, and its licence is checked offline, so it sends no usage data to us.
RIVER ERP ships Moroccan VAT (TVA), corporate tax (IS) and CNSS payroll. For a custom build elsewhere, we write your VAT or GST rules, invoice numbering and report formats into the plan during the audit, then build them in from the start.
Next step
Book a call and describe your current tools and your busiest month. We will say whether a product, a custom build or neither fits, then scope it, quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days.
